Problem with this is that its strength not tactics, though I suppose for a monk little difference at q13. Its very nice, don't know how many people would want it but definitly don't merch.

its interesting to say the least. q13 doesnt matter 1 bit for DoA since u wont even meet a q8 shield for full armor. I would say around 40k bc most ppl want -2e mod or hp

The 'uncommonness' of this shield wouldn't make it a bit more valuable? I mean, how hard is it to get 40k in gold?...
