So I just got back to my school after a semester exchange. Over which time ANet switch the servers which hence changed the IP addresses used to connect to GW. In order for me to play, I need to provide the IP addresses to my school's IT department so they can add them our network. I have a small collection of the IP addresses I used, but would like to find a more complete list to avoid random disconnects while playing.

Can anyone provide me with either a list of IPs they have connected to or a complete list?

That is the ranges that I added when peerguardian added NCSoft to the block lists. It's pretty old though, so may need updating and it's pretty broad, but it could be a good start.

The 64 series given by Kumu is where I have connected since they moved the servers last year.
