Build pictures skill names

Hey people, I'm kind of a newbie and I don't know the names of all skills of the top of my head and when I look through the PvE Forums for ideas on builds I keep finding people who post like big Pictures with lots of skill icons on them but I don't know their names. So I guess my question is is there any ways to find out the skill name? Without having to scroll through all the skills ingame I mean.
