So I'm trying to get the items for Thackeray so he can take Gwen out on a picnic.... - WIK quests

"Find and give Thackeray what he needs for the picnic outside EotN outpost. He will need 4 types of items:
Votive Candles (6)
Crafted by Necromancer Munne in Sardelac Sanitarium for 3 Honeycombs"

I have the honey combs and Necromancer Munne is not talking to me. I tried 2 different toons = same result.
