Agreed. If it's blue and r8, then it must be 20/20 mods attached rather than inherent 20/20 mods.
I've yet to have any trouble selling 20% Forget Me Not inscriptions for 35k. I've heard of people selling them for more and for less.
I've yet to have any trouble buying 20% Focus Core of Aptitude for 3-4k, but I've heard of people selling them for more.
You can check the replies on the weapon mod pc guideline thread, current auction listings, etc. to get a feel for mod prices easily enough.
Now, the blank r8 (12 energy) blue "Grim Cesta" If it's the gauntlet skin, I think 5-10k. If it's the talon skin, I think maybe 8-15k+.
If you plan to sell it all together, I doubt you'll get nearly as much as you would if you sell the parts separate. If left as-is, maybe 30-40k.
When salvaging, be careful to use a "Perfect Salvage Kit" or you risk destroying the focus itself and any remaining mods attached to it.
