Oh Come on!! Look drops this great should never be 15%<50.
Leave the 15%<50 to purple or lower grade golden.

Anyone that uses more than one weapon could use that to their advantage.

Color is NOT based on stats, color is based on who dropped it and what they dropped. Each mob has a table of items they can drop, some items being more common than others. The less common ones are what become purple or gold, this is why you can get gold drops all over the map and not just in the last missions. it's purely representative of the odds that a particular mob would drop that particular item.

People are silly, I have weaps that are >50% hp that i use then, and when my health dips below 50% i hit f2 for that one. Cry me a freaking river. Ill take it off your hands for the list 302 gold price if ya want.

Oh come on! You guys sound like a bunch of Anet apeazing fools. First off everybody and their grandma whos a decent ranger already owns a 15%<50 bow. They can be obtained dam near anywhere. Second Im tired of the color excuse. If the point of color is to define "rare" and in most cases better, then make it so! Leave these lower type stats for purple or blue bows. I own mostly collector bows exactly for this reason. 6 months of playing GW and I have NEVER gotten a "godly bow". I finnaly nail this bow, only to have a minus condition on it. I dont find myself too often under 50 health and already own a bow similar just for that purpose. But go ahead and try to sell this bow. " I'll take it off your hands for the 302 gold" why dont ya offer me 60K! Oh yeah its below 50! whatever. You guys miss the point. The stats should match the upgrades on it. Dont bother responding.
