If you take a closer look at the place in Ascalon labeled Training Yard you can see White Mantle emblems on the weapon racks.
But according to the story in some of the the first quests you get post searing King Adelbern will not allow any Krytans access to Ascalon. How can this be?
Why are there Mantle emblems on the weapon racks in Ascalon?

I'm guessing the artist who did that piece didn't keep track of what was what in the story, no real significance.
But hey it might be some sort of allusion to a deep cover Krytan agent planning something devious in Ascalon.

Well if you want to think about it logically. Just because the King didn't want Krytans in Ascalon it doesn't mean they didn't trade with them. I mean, Ascalon isn't exactly a fruitful Utopia for lumber products if you know what I mean. So it seems only natural and logical that Ascalon would trade for wood or wood products from their human neighbors.
And naturally some Krytan artisan in the region selling his goods emblazoned the beloved white mantel's symbol on his/her fine work. Makes sense to me. But in all reality it is probably just a "whoops" on Anet's end. Continuity hasn't always been one of thier strong points.

Probably the same reason why they're on the wracks the Shining Blade use.

The SB ones can be easily explained as stolen weapons.

Yes, but it was merely an example. Textures are re-used a lot, as are models.
