Does anyone know if these two accounts are looked at by the same bunch of people?

I'm pretty sure they are. I called NC Soft with my support ticket numbers provided by ArenaNet and they saw all the information I sent to them regarding any issues I was having.

We don't know if they are the same people although both have access to the same system. The main difference is @ncsoft would cover all of NCSoft's games and @guildwars would just cover Guild Wars. We've been told to send emails to @guildwars for GW related problems, putting the problem in the subject line (LOGIN PROBLEM, NEED CHARACTER NAME, ACCOUNT STOLEN, etc.) and including any Support ticket numbers in the body of the message.

From my experience, no they're not. I dealt with NCSoft after a hack to restore access, but when I asked if my account had been marked while it was hacked, I was told I needed to contact GW support for that information. While the information is shared between the two, NCSoft deals with account and billing issues, while GW support deals with in-game issues.
