So I downloaded GW on my friend's laptop which has vista on it - I never use vista, so I don't really know much about it.
Anyway, in order to use the -image command I need the .exe, but all I can find in the Guild Wars file is gw.dat, Gw, and gw.tmp
The Gw file (exe application) doesn't work with the -image, so I don't know how to get it to work.
Any insight would be great. Thanks in advance!

Rubbing Potassium on water fountains.

LF guild that teaches MTSC (did it long ago before gw2 came out and I quit...but I barely remember)

take the gw.exe from the program files. Make a shortcut on the desktop from it. Then add the -image

As a side note, you have "known file types" hidden. The file you see as "Gw" is gw.exe but Microsoft don't like to scare people with funny extensions, so they're hidden by default.

If you would rather see all extensions, open a folder, click on Organise->Folder and search options, then click the "View" tab of the resulting popup.

Uncheck the box for "Hide extensions for known file types."

Dont forget windows own search function - that can also track down where a file is.

Right-click on Gw(.exe) and select "Send To" and then "Desktop (create Shortcut)". You'll then have a regular shortcut you can add -image to.
