New Staff

My ranger needs a new bow to play around with....
- skin is most important -
- inscribable is preferable -
- if not must be 15^50 and either zealous or sundering

staff is for me when I do spirit spam build for vanqs and other things....
- channeling staff is preffered -

*** no oppressors, destroyers, or tormented ***

and R13 is totally fine with me because nobody will see the req. but me
