Totally normal dude, it's just a normal uninscr shield..
Don't think it's a very likeable shield though, if it were -2^ench, it would be awesome for t3's who tank in Forest in FoW and you'd have had yourself a little beauty..
This, 20e tops.. And you'll have to be lucky imo.. -5/20% +10vs x aren't good combo's..
