Sundering Fellblade of Fortitude

I came across this weapon in my bank and thought it was a little different so i am wondering how much it is worth.

Sundering Felblade of Fortitude
Slashing damage: 15-22; (req 8 swordsmanship)
Damage +14% (while health is above 50%)
Health +30
Armor penetration +20 ( chance 20% )

I was suprised at the 8 swordsmanship.

Agree with above, fellblade still a highly wanted skin

/agree, too bad it's 14^50, that extra 1% would've gotten you like 400k more :P
