I need a pc for a double inherent Eternal Shield r9 strength armor 16. inherent reduced cripple duration 20%(stacking). Thanks!

Am i missing something? Double inherent? Is the only mod the reduce cripple duration? if so just merch

ops probably misunderstood the double inherent term, his probably referring to his +16 armor as one of them
