There is no confirmed release date yet. Retailers and game sites tend to use an estimated placeholder date if there's no solid news.
Unless Anet says "it's coming out this day", it's not real.
Also - games almost never come out the first or second of the month. If a release date ever says it's the first, second, or last day of the month, 99.9% of the time it's just a placeholder date because there isn't a real one yet.
