What do you spend your budget on in guild wars?

Saving Z-Coins for another Large equip pack, mostly spending on picks as I'm working my way through VQing. Two armour sets will hopefully be funded out of that: Obby and Ancient. Then I can save up for skill hunter >.<

Right now, I'm saving my pennies for elite platemail. I have 2 warriors that I'm working on and I really love the elite warrior armor, so I'm stockpiling gold, iron, sticks, and glittering dust so that I can come up with the 400 iron ingots and 50 deldrimor steel ingots that I need. I'm having a good time salvaging everything I can and then squirreling the parts away in my chest. I need a lot of gold to convert common crafting items into rare items, and then I'll need another 15K or so to actually craft the armor.
Fortunately I've got 3 black dyes stashed away in case I need some quick cash.

This is interesting to me because I've recently gone from being "lower" class to "upper middle class" in the game, basically, having gone from doing soosc hoping for that BDS drop to doing DOA and debating whether I actually care enough to spend all my new money on something like a BDS. I used to mock chaos gloves as a vanity gold-sink, but then one day I realized I had enough ectos to get them, and still have enough left over for an obby set...
So yeah, at this point I'm not budgeting or saving for anything so much as finally starting to look at the real high-end ways to spend money, and realizing that they might actually be in reach one of these days.
I just hope somebody stops me before I blow it all on something that won't help my HoM...

Now I realize people don't deserve anything. If they get something on their own, good for them. Otherwise, I'm not stingy, I just don't GO RED ENGINE people like that.
Right now, I'm saving up to buy Obsidian Armor for my Necromancer and Lockpicks. Everything else is not important.

HoM stuff... no surprises there. I'm only aiming for 45/50, so I can avoid the big money sinks (obsidian armor, r3 zaishen, the last 10 mini's).

I save it, just to save it. Never know when I might want to buy something with it. I never have a set plan of things to buy in mind. For a random example, I might one day decide to make a PvE Mesmer and give it 15k armor. Or I might want to buy some rare weapon or something.

Helping a friend get his 50/50. After I got my Obsidian Armor I helped him get his. Thankfully he got a MOX he didn't want so that was 80 ectos we didn't have to farm.

As a noob (I've only been playing for about six months) I have only 3-5 platinum in the bank at any time. I usually get weapons from drops but buy armor upgrades.

I buy what I like. And sell what I no longer like. I hoard green drops and gold drops to resell them later... It's a bad habit but I have 8 chars all developed somewhat.

Been playing casually for over 5 years, and as I have an aversion to farming I have no prestige armours, etc. I've recovered from being hacked and losing about 1.5m in cash/items. My HoM stands at 29/30, so I suppose at some point I'll do something to get it up to 30

I never really hoarded large amounts of cash, most I ever had put together was ~150e and a few hundred k. I always bought what I wanted so my cash rolled out continuously. After getting all my consumables titles, almost r4 Zaishen, ~20 sets of elite armors, some 65 pets (I had them dedi in Hall when the calculator hit...), full Tormented display (just before calculator hit, yaaay me - that was a stack of ectos "well spent"), and having 50/50, I found myself at a loss as to what to buy.
Threw in some cash for some guild events, about 1 mill or so.
Ranger is my main, so I have plenty of bows with only the Silverwing needed to have all the skins I like and ~ like. Guess I will have to buy one. Must be ~20 or so in my xunlai and pack, I stopped keeping count. Bought some EL tonics, but only kept the Mursaat. Got all the other lower end minis I wanted as dedicated, since unded seemed pointless to me.
But, above all, I got the one thing I ever truly wanted since I started playing GW and first saw it: a mini Zippy!! Dedi, ofc.
Now I made a Rt ~1 month ago, discovered it's really really fun to play and have started outfitting him, as he seems to be the char I play most atm. And I can't play without the shinies, now can I? Well, of course I can, but you know what I mean.
So now I'm working to get a second set of Obby armor and 2 more middle-high-end minis I want. And some CCs for Rt. Ranger has his Zippy, Rit will have an Oni and a Naga... Oh, and maybe an EL Charr tonic for Rt, but not sure.

Buying cool weapons i like when ever i got extra cash, also i spent quite much moneys on chesting, thats about it as done most titles and HoM

everytime I try to save plat, I can never really get over 100k before I blow it on "a good deal"...doesn't really matter, the only two farms I really do can earn me back another 100k in a couple of hours (feathers, plant fibers, unid golds). Other than that I chest farm for more unid'ed golds to sell. I think what I need to do is turn off trade chat, it's the only one ever on anyway (no guild and I hate local chat) - that way I can actually save up more. For what though I'm not sure, I'm 50/50 and GWAMM with 10 elite armor sets on my ranger, which are all set up for different situations (55, vs. x, beastmaster, etc.). Anet should make another 10 points of HoM requirements! (j/k)

Mostly I'm saving for FoW and an ambrace. I don't enjoy farming and I don't care for either FoW or any of the weapons from the HoM but I figure I'll spend my money on things which count to GW2. If that means buying absurdly expensive and ugly armour and weapons then I guess I will have to bite the bullet.
Aside from that I sometimes buy lockpicks (Guild Wars is the only game I've played where opening chests causes you to lose money, the chest system was absolutely stupid) and I suppose consumable titles and maybe mini pets one day. I'm also holding back a bit of cash in case I want a second account or have a friend who plays GW2 and wants 30/50 HoM points. I could easily buy my way to a second 30/50.

Saving it up at the moment and then when I've got Grandmaster Carto (I'm at 2/3 explored and 96% Elonian - christ I hate cartographer titles), and max Luxon (at 9.6m - shouldn't take too long). I'll be just farming gold and drinking - farming to get gold to buy sweets/party items and hoping that I can max sweet/party/drunkard before GW2.
