The colour is white, no attributes besides requiring 6 Tactics, and not quite sure whether it's inscribable. I only have Guild Wars: Prophecies, and the wiki says I need to have the expansions to inscribe? Kind of confused.

EDIT: As Blood has written. You can give that to the merchant. Nearly 100% of white drops can be given to the merch without a second thought.

You might want to look up (Press F10 or type /wiki inigame for the Guildwiki menu to open) what the max damage/ Armor rating is on all weapons and shields. Also a goo dthing is to read the sales and PC forums here for guildes to what is sought after and what is just merchfodder. That way you can see if any Gold drops you get later on could be worth selling or keeping yourself.

Welcome to GW and GWG btw. As you are new, you might want to think about putting any found runes, insignias and weapons on your own characters first before selling. Always trade in the better weapons you find on the way and you will in no time have the best weapons you can have as the max damage and modifiers are limited. Any expensive weapon is purely cosmetic.

and because it doesn't have any mods on it (attributes) it is wothless, you should sell it to a merchant.
