Haven't played GW in a while so all the prices I know are not valid anymore (I think). Here are the items:

Merch all goldies, but salvage the +30 for sword first (3-5k)
Sel vigor to rune trader or use it on a hero.
Amulet should be 5-7kish.
20% enchants for sword 2-3k
White dye -> Chek price on Dye trader and sell it halfway of buy & sell prices.
Not sure about pets, here are some thoughts but wait for more accurate PCs
Gray giant: 15eish
Pig: ~50kish
Temple, wallow & Siege ~3-4k/ea
Abyssal & ether~13-18k
Harpy, Imp & Jugge I guess 7-10kish
Word 20-25kish
As I said, pet prices might be off, so wait for more oppinions on them :P

Gold Weapons + Green Weapons - Merch All - (Ofc Salvage the mods first +30hp and 20% Encht like Lhoj said , could get few plat for those

Amulet Of Mists - I'd say 7k-9k , people are still looking for those

Vial Of Dye White - 4-4.5k~

Rune of major vigor + 41Hp - Hero or Merch it

20% Encht Sword - Agree with Lhoj 2 - 3k

Now for minipets my favorite part :

Gray Giant - 70k-100k (Not so wanted)
Miniature Pig - 40-50k (Best minipet in the game , i wouldnt sell this one)
Temple Guardian , Siege Turtle , Fungal Wallow - 1-5k ( HoM Madness )
Fire Imp , Juggernaut , Harpy - 5-10k
Roaring Ether , Abyssal - 15k~
Word Of Madness - 20-25k~

So yeah more or less what Lhoj said just gave you a second opinion, hope it helps
