title says it all. i have went through all major towns available to me but i can't find any more quest. can some1 help?

If you've done all the quests, then you should be ready to do the first mission: Minister Cho's Estate. Completing that will unlock more quests.

13, you're correct.

However it's 11 that's only required ;D (2 lux/kurz mishes-> Boreas/Gyala or Arbor/Eternal)

There are lots of secondary profession guides that gives like 1000exp each quest. Supposed to go through them and all, then decide which profession for a secondary you want. By then you ought to be about level 12-13 I believe.
