Not receiving Summoning Stone with /bonus

My 2nd account is around 5 years old and has all the upgrades on it including GoTY. I just re-started my survivor after deleting him about 3 months ago. I cannot get the summoning stone to appear in inventory after using the /bonus command. I get the weapons but no stone.

I have tried doing quests in case I've missed it, re-starting the game and even tried with my perma-pre he too cannot get the stone although he already had one in his inventory. In the case of the perma-pre I get a message that it was unable to make the bonus weapons he already had - but nothing about the stone.

Have Arenanet changed the rules so that we now need to purchase the 2008 seperate upgrade to get the fire imp? If so, this really sux, as I have had access to it previously and it is supposed to be included with the GoTY edition as stated in the on-line store.

If you had access to it before, I see no reason why you shouldn't now.

You are trying to use it with a character below level 20, right? Stupid question, but had to be asked

lol, i for one admit when i came back i forgot you couldn't use them on level 20 toons, and was lmao when i realized my own stupidity

If you type /bonus on a lvl 20 char, the stone still appears along with all the weapons, but if you double-click it a red message comes up saying "this item cannot be used by lvl 20 characters". But it absolutely appears when typing /bonus on ANY character, regardless of level.

So if it is not appearing on your characters, then there is some other problem.

It is not appearing on any of my 3 pre searing characters - which yes are all under level 20.

far as i know u need to have the trilogy to get the imp

Just a thought - check all of your inventory. If a bonus item is already in inventory, a new one is not created. Maybe you already have an imp somewhere far in the inventory?

Also, go to character select screen, manage access keys and check what items the account is entitled to.

That's the problem - he has been able to create the stone previously, it's just stopped working now.

What I can think of is if you are running the game with the newest KSmod some inventory icons randomly don't show up, but the item is still there.

I have no mods. I have received the stone before on previous characters - just I cannot get it now.

Just received a reply from Anet ... they say I may need to re purchase the upgrade. On line store won't let me buy it again though as it is already applied to the account.
