alright here we go:
1. I'm looking for 40 Kath hammers, willing to pay 4k for each hammer. For every 2 Kath hammers you give me, I will give you 1 ecto.
example: 1 Kath hammer = 4k
2 Kath hammers = 1 ecto
3 Kath hammers = 4k + 1 ecto

40 Kath hammers = 20 ecto + little gift.
