Vsync shouldn't have any negative effect on your lag, etc. You can uncheck it, but it shouldn't matter.
Vsync just synchronizes the game's/video card's display to the refresh rate of your monitor - which only displays 60fps anyway. So, when you uncheck it, the game will run at 120fps, but essentially, 60 of those frames are "wasted" because the monitor can't display them.

I always uncheck it as I find that games seem to run smoother that way (with a few exceptions)... If you think it runs better unchecked then leave it that way, with modern LCDs (and LEDs now) there isn't any worry about burning like we had a number of years ago, so you can safely go either way.

its not lagg its more like shaking like a lagg but not a lagg when moving
i changed gw to run with internal video card and its not shaking with v synch checked but with nvida 310 m 1gb if its checked its shaking when moving.
some1 told me that nvida need more fps because its better lol,i dont think thats the problem.
i hope nvdia its not broke ...pfff

vsync adds mouse lag, triple buffering adds even more

If you are experiencing split screen problems (i.e. top half and bottom half screens not matching), you should check vsync.
If not, don't. Nothing good will come off it.

i dont experience any problems with v sync off ,
just the "shaking thing while moving" when its on
just the "shaking thing while moving" when its on

You probably won't notice a difference between 60 fps and 120 fps visually anyway. I get some screen tearing with Vsync off in GW, so I just leave it on.
