Afflicted...animals?

It's been awhile since I've played in the noob area Factions, so today when I was doing "Looking For Trouble" where you have to eradicate the monastery infested with Sickened ______ and Afflicted ______, I saw something that I don't quite remember could happen. One of the creatures had the Afflicted assassin "skin," but instead of being an actual Afflicted ______, it was a Tiger.

I attached a picture of it, but if its blurry I'm very sorry. I'm just wondering if this has always been like this, as in animals being able to be Afflicted.

Its a common glitch.

Foes and charmable animals sometimes get their names switched. If you look around hard enough, you would have found a Tiger whose name said "Afflicted Assassin".

Yea I found this to be pretty funny, I knew it was a glitch and shrugged it off with a lol when I saw it.

Heh, that happened to me a while back, when my Pain spirit was named Dune Lizard.

If only someone could have no pet and charm animal equipped when they encounter this. Would be awesome if you could tame one.

Thats rather weird because all my time doing Pve, Vanquishes, Missions, Dungeons ect i've never came across a Name glitch. However whenever im doing Underworld Normal or Speedclear there always tends to be a Name glitch somewhere along the Line. I have about 3-4 screenshots with different name changes.

Other then that i've never found a Name glitch outside of Underworld unless im really unlucky

I've had Dhuum named Thulza Dhuum or one of those suckers.. Was pretty funny..

It's a very common glitch, and if you start VQ'ing, you'll encounter it numerous times. It's indeed an occasional lulz when you're playing..

The best one I've ever seen was once when I was Totem Axe farming. One of the Behemoth's names was switched with the warthog right next to it. When I killed the misnamed behemoth, I got the message "Warthog drops a Totem Axe."

I think the most humorous one I saw was in FoW. A party member dropped out just as a bow fell for him. The bow immediately became assigned to "shadow elementalist."
