Ebon Vanguard Allies

I turned in all of the perfect items and maxed two of his other options, but the quest still says Assist Keiran. Why won't this quest update?

go back into hall of monuments, at least i think this is the next part..... sit through dialogs

I tried going into HoM and outside the outpost. It's not working.

Check his Dialogue box. It should say something about missing the most important part. When you click that as a question he will say he's missing the girl or something like that. Once that is done you watch the dialogue in HoM then again outside. Until you click that dialogue box though it won't update properly.
