PC: OS Zodiac Axe

Hi, I have this old axe from early factions sitting around in my storage and I was wondering if any of you could tell me it's value.

Sundering Zodiac Axe of Fortitude
Slashing Dmg: 6-28 (Requires 8 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% (while Health is above 50%)
Health +30
Armor Penetration +20% (Chance: 20%)

cant see the req, but 20-25k if q9, around 10k if higher

Req is very important and i agree with above Q9 is around 20-30k, any higher is a tough sell.

If q8 we talking about a lot more
