Everlasting Sacred Path [ESP]

R/

Greetings,

The Everlasting Sacred Path is a community of Guild Wars players who enjoy the interaction and experiences that come being part of a relaxed and close-knit group. Being a guild that has been around now for 5+ years we have learned a few things about how to be organized and yet still fun. We also hold to a few tenets which may appear odd to some gamers.

1) You don't have to take yourself, or the 'prescribed' methods of play all that seriously to enjoy success in all levels of the game.

2) It's more fun to play the game around people who's company you actually enjoy and whom you can share a few laughs with rather than those who can 'leet haxor' their way through the zone all by themselves while you sit and watch.

3) Pants and crumpets and vodka are all interesting topics of conversation and often all three can be juggled in the scope of the same afternoon.

With that being said, anyone still reading beyond this point will likely want a few concrete details, and I shall be happy to accommodate that wish.

Our guild was formed in June 2005 and we have grown steadily and slowly ever since that time. At all times we have kept a close eye towards fostering a strong sense of camaraderie amongst the guild populace rather than simply chucking a bunch of people into a roster and calling it a guild (not that anybody ever does that of course).

Currently we are around the 90 - member mark and we now operate two [ESP] guilds within the same alliance. Generally, any secondary accounts or less active members who still wish to keep in contact go into the second guild.

Our guild has been a part of several different alliances in the past. However, but a few years back we settled on the idea of creating our own Kurzick alliance. Currently our alliance is full. We based our selection process for potential ally guilds on the same method that we use to search for guild members - who out there is fun to play with and can add a spark of creativity to the group.

We have always maintained our own web site/forums which you may find here http://www.espguild.com. You will likely notice that we run a number of weekly and annual alliance events to keep things interesting. Anyone who hops aboard soon may make it time to take part in Canthan New Year with us as we host our own district. *nudge nudge nudge*

We do have our own vent server. Several of our alliance-mates have their own voice chat capabilities as well, so there is pretty much always someone you can chat with should you be feeling that particular motivation. However, we are far from being the type to require vent/ts as a condition of being in the guild. It's a nice feature, and it is there for those who wish to use it. That is all.

Our member base is primarily spread across North America and Canada, combined with a healthy sprinkling of people from all other parts of the world. Being a large and active guild, it is fairly easy for people from any part of the world to find people around to game with. We are happy to take in people, no matter your nationality.

It also may bear mentioning that we have active plans in place to instill ourselves into GW2.

Enough particulars for one evening? Well, I invite you to check out our forums or else look about in game for me - Karuna Vajra - and we can further discuss your interest in coming along to take part in the guild shenanigans. I will also respond to pm's here, though the response time may be a bit slower than what you will receive if you hit me up directly on our guild site.

Hope you all enjoyed the read, and I look forward to seeing you in game-

Sincerely,
