10k tops, it's a horrible skin imo, and a tough sell. So might wanna either keep and use it yourself, or put on a hero.

It's all a matter of taste, but I do think this skin makes for a pretty caster weapon. ~20k imo.

20-30k easyly imo. .. ..... quite nice caster skin
