I disagree.. People seem to forget how incredibly rare Outcast shields are.. Try farming em, I opened ~1000 outcast related chests, and got 3 purple ones and 2 gold ones, which both were absolute shite.. And 90% of this was in HM..

So, i'd say still a couple of k's on the outcast, like 10-20k ish

Wow bright, u're one unlucky guy. I ran aprox 150 outcast chests and got around 10 golds and a couple purple outcast shields. OT: both shields should actualy be sellable if you put some time in it.

then times must have changed a lot

i had a gold q9 tactics outcast shield a few months ago with +10 vs demons and i was told it was merchfood :P
