The shield is absolute crap, but there are enough idiots around that would buy that for the skin, so you could get like 40k for it.

Don't merch the spear until you salvage the mods...they're worth a decent amount. The 20% of enchanting spear mod can command a price of up to 15k according to this site.

yeah fcking 20% enchant for spear is so expensive theses days, so def salvage that.
Shield is retarded cause mismatches, un max mods, but there are dumb people out there who dont know prices and think its uber leet old school so id try to sell it for like 30K+

Bump, need a pc on these 2 items as well.
Only the Triple mod weapons are not allowed and have been slated for removal, which I still doubt will happen. I asked a moderator about this item already.

Merching what may well be a one-of-a-kind scythe is a really bad idea. 
It's pretty much impossible to PC right now though. I've had some inquiries about the items that dropped for me during that quest, but no real concrete offers. My advice would be to hold onto it until we find out if they'll be left in-game or not.
