New to this site and posting thread sry for anything i did wrong but it would be helpful to get a price on this item i have been asking in-game for a while now and people have said 10-20k that's a pretty wide range. first of all, no advertising in PC, because you're new, they will probably let you off, but no implying that you are selling something or that you want to buy something from someone that is PC'ing in the PC section
Second of all, it's worth 5k tops, 20k for that would be lol.. I'd merch it because it's not worth the effort to sell, but since you think that 10-20k is a wide range, I assume you're not so incredibly rich, so you might find selling something for 5k worth the effort..

Assuming it's req9, it wouldn't be unusual to get 15-20k for this. Vabbian bows can be *very* hard to find, and I think there are more than a few bow collectors out there who would snap it up in a hurry at that price.

I will second jimbo32's opinion. The ~20k mark for these bows is not ridiculous at all if you're patient.
Vabbian Flatbows, like Vabbian Hornbows and Longbows, have a very distinctive skin. They were not what you'd call a common drop a few years ago when tons of people were playing and chest running NF. They are even harder to find when you want one now! (I know this for a fact, as a few months ago I went shopping for one myself. The only one I could find for sale at all was an r9 purple, which I did buy.)
The skin for Vabbian Shortbows and Recurve Bows is different from these, but they're equally hard to find when you want one.
There's a similar situation with a combination of distinctive skin and being hard to find with the five types of Ancient Bows.
Last December, I snapped up an r9 Ancient Flatbow I found on an auction listing for the 10k b/o immediately. I had been looking for one for a couple months, and that was the first one I found for sale in any color or req. AT ALL. If the b/o had been set at 20k, I'd have snapped it up just as fast.
I got a spare r9 gold Ancient Recurve Bow last month. I listed it on a fansite auction system for 18k b/o, and it sold after a couple weeks. Like I said, both the ancient and the vabbian bow skins can be HARD to find when you want one.
Now to discuss the market. Bows in general have not been particularly popular for a while now. It's been hard to find buyers at all. Very recently, I've noticed what seems like a surge in frequency of wtb ads for bow mods in Kama, so that may be changing. If you get one of these bows and simply want it sold fast, then you may have trouble finding interested buyers and have to settle for a lot less. If you put some time and effort into advertising it, then I do not think 20k is at all unreasonable to expect.
I think the impression that these are worth "5k tops, 20k? lol" comes from the fact that demand is low and the skins are fairly unknown in a bow market where people who don't really care about or use bows much know of only Storm Bows, Mursaat Hornbows, Silverwings and Dryads. Vabbian and Ancient bows are not likely to sell fast, nor are you likely to find lots of players who've ever tried shopping for them and noticed how very few are available. I cannot guarantee to you that someone who wants one of these will be willing to pay 20k for it. I think it's pretty safe to say that when you find someone who has been looking for this skin for a while, they will have realized these bows are hard to find for sale at any price.
Were that r9 gold Vabbian Flatbow you have mine to sell, I would ask ~20k for it. Anyone who lol's at the price probably isn't seriously in the market to buy one anyway, so don't sweat it.
Oh, and "10-20k" isn't really a huge range for PC quotes. There is no such thing as fixed prices for gear in this game. Different pairs of buyer and seller come to different agreements, that's normal. When we try to help with PC, we're giving our best educated guess based on what we've seen ourselves. We don't all see the same things.
