Problem with scrying pool and Against the Destroyers

I opened a ticket with support already, I was wondering if anyone else ran into this and have any ideas. I think its a bug, but maybe a known work-around exists.

I'm working on the "Against the Destroyers" quest line and have completed the following steps so far:
* Speak with Jora.
* Investigate the Eye of the North.
* Look in the scrying pool in the Eye of the North. (First Vision)
* Seek the assistance from the Asura. (The Knowledgeable Asura)
* Look in the scrying pool in the Eye of the North. (Second Vision)
* Gain the Norn as allies. (Northern Allies)
* Search for the Ebon Vanguard in the Charr homelands. (The Missing Vanguard)
* Look into the scrying pool at the Eye of the North. (Final Vision)

When I look into the scrying pool, the pop up appears and I select "looking into pool" however at this point it simply closes the menu and leaves the way-point at the same location pointing to the pool. I have tried this with EOTN heroes in the party, and without and still nothing happens.

Any suggestions on how I can keep moving forward? Anyone I should try to talk to?

Are you sure you're clicking "Look deep into the pool"? I know the menu just closes when you click "Against the Destroyers" and have it active (idk why).
If nothing is supposed to be shown when you click "Look deep into the pool" a dialog box should show up saying at least something :/

Aside from this, I'd say try the usual re-zoning and restarting of GW

Restarting may have been the solution... It's working now. Hate false alarms but I was really upset for a bit, sorry bout that. lol
