PC on +15%/-1 regen Short Sword

I had a somewhat unusual drop, so I thought I might see if it's worth anything at all. I imagine it isn't, since the skin is quite common and I imagine +15%/-1 isn't THAT rare, but worth a check anyway.

Icy Short Sword of Warding
Cold Dmg: 15-22, q9 Swordsmanship
Damage: +15%
Health regeneration: -1
Armor +7 (vs. elemental damage)

What you have is considered 'Dual Vamp' because you can put a vampiric mod on it and voila -2 degen yay.

Short sword isnt the best, but its q9 and dual vamp so i guess it could fetch some 10-15e+
