NCsoft master account

Hey guru forumgoers, I need your help. I have made purchases on the ingame store regarding my ingame account, and that has apparently linked my Guild Wars account to an NCsoft master account. This prevented me from being able to get my free storage panel and will probably cause me to be unable to be unable to change my email (the server my email was on has been down for 4 years). I don't know my login info for the master account and don't know how to find it.

I have had similar trouble. When I requested the information they said I needed to give them the "proof of purchase" by means of the access cards. I gave it to them and they said I wasn't the TRUE owner b/c my grandma had given me the account (even though I had purchased NF, Factions, AND EotN myself and started the PlayNC Master account). They threatened me with account DELETION so I just left the free storage pane thing alone for a while. (This was back when it FIRST came out) So........ I'm not sure what advice I could give you.

@Marvel-Kid - it gets very touchy about shared accounts as it is against the EULA to transfer ownership. Your grandmother is the legal account owner in the eyes of NCSoft and ArenaNet.

How old were you when she "gave" it to you? I do not remember the exact age (maybe 13), but if you were young enough, someone would have had to buy it for you since you were not "of age"

What if I only have one or two of the keys?

Give them as much information as you have. They do have all the account information. They want to match as many parts of it with your info as they can to ensure you own the account and are not trying to steal someone else's.

This completely blows...I bought the games retail A LONG time ago. The only NCSoft master account I have access to doesn't have GW on it, and when I tried to link the accounts, it said my GW account is tied to a different NCSoft master account. I have no emails ever saying I created an NCSoft account for Guild Wars as well.

I don't have any of the retail boxes because this game is super old, and can't give them any keys. This is so frustrating I really, really, really hope that I don't need to know the damn NCSoft account info in order to transfer my Hall of Monuments stuff over
