Ive been lagging like a freak lately, the ping has been bouncing up and down and its annoying the shit out of me. Whats going on?!?!?

It can be many different issues, the easiest is to check your computer and make sure there is nothing downloading in the background or on your network. Hope it improves for ya

Try different servers, like European Spanish or Asia Korea.

How long is "lately" if it is only since yesterday then it is the Canthan New Year with all of us AFKers causing yoru lag. It will go away again after the weekend.
