I know this should be easy but I am currently stuck on the Kerian "Ill Fated plan to win Gwens heart." Do I have to get him all perfect items? I have given him a eggnog/cupcake/voltic candles so far what else?

if you gave him everything necessary, then there should be a part in the dialog saying now all he needs is the girl.

go to the HoM and read next dialog, then go back outside the eye to finish quest

You're missing the exotic food. Also for non-perfect items, he wants 3 copies of them.
