EDIT - Nov 7 - I'm retracting my offer on this particular shield.
I just spoke with Rushin in game about this to make sure there are no conflicts or hard feelings. He was most understanding, and I'm glad we'll remain on good terms. Nothing but A+ feedback for Rushin!
After placing this bid, I found another shield that better suits the plan I had for this one. Therefore, I'm hoping it finds a good home in another collection out there!
