Closed: PC on some Gold Items

I'd like to have a PC on two of my gold items:
1:
Plagueborn Daggers of Enchanting
Piercing Dmg: 6-12 (Req 9 Dagger Mastery)
Damage + 14% (vs. Hexed foes)
Enchantments last 19% longer

2:
Defensive Inscribed Staff of Fortitude
Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 16%)
Energy +9
Chaos Dmg: 10-18 (Req 9 Domination Magic)
Halves casting time of Illusion Magic Spells (Chance: 19%)
Armor +5
Health +29

...and I've seen around people posting "Merch this.. that.."
what does that mean? XD

Merch them both. Neither is anywhere near max damage. None of the mods are worth salvaging off either.

PS: Merch means sell it to the merchant.

Both are merch fodder.

Non max = merch.......
