Looking to make 4 sets of 10/10 wands/focuses for me and my heroes.

Need 4 each of req 9 wands/focus they can be soul reaping, curses, or death
Max damage/energy on each.

Also need 4x mods that are 10% HCT, and 10% HSR for both wand and focus.
