I've seen others 15% -1 health for more than 100k...Try to sell in Great Temple of Balthazar starting from 100k or wait for more pc

I think the 100k+ market for 15/-1hp stuff is only for one-handed weapons.
Having a weapon set which includes a one-handed dual vamp and a -50hp cesta is popular with some folks in GvG. The idea works like this - in GvG, fallen teammates resurrect every 2 min. If your team has mostly wiped, the opposition will often intentionally NOT kill the last one or two standing until just after the 2 min. cycle. This way, the full team does not rez together and has a harder time regrouping. The suicide set is to counter this tactic and kill yourself before the 2-min rez.
Two-handed dual-vamp weapons mean you can't use the -50hp cesta, so I wouldn't expect there's enough demand for this to get those 100k+ prices.
I recently sold an r13 15/-1hp Plagueborn Recurve Bow for 5k on auction. I would think the Celestial Longbow skin is at least as popular and not as frequent as Plagueborns right now. And of course, it has that shiny r9-edness going for it. Maybe 20kish for yours? I'm not too sure of the price really, but I'm posting trying to explain about the market for these. I wouldn't expect this would be worth nearly 100k, and it would be a shame if you wasted time looking for that.
Other than a dual vamp weapon, there might also be a market for this with someone collecting every mod of Celestial Longbow or something??? That's rather a long shot, I think, but you might get lucky and stumble into such a buyer.
Check around the Buy threads, as I've noticed a couple folks looking for things like this recently who didn't specify 1-handed only.

don't see this longbow go for more then 20k, celestial are not the coolest longbow skins
and there is not a realy good use for an extra -1hp on a bow.
