Chest Run Help

Recently I've wanted to work on my Treasure Hunter Title. I was looking into doing chest runs and was wondering, whats the best way to run? I guess I'm looking for cost efficiency and reliability here.

I read through the Chest Runners thread and it seems to assume the reader knows a LOT about the runs already. I was wondering if there was a simpler guide out there. Maybe a "start here" guide.

I'm a long-time chest runner; My current thread is here: Fury's Chest Running Thread. It's got a lot of info in it, if you'd like to read through it. I've also been offering to teach people what I know about chest running for years, and have had a few takers.

Get on any character, load up shadow form, deadly paradox, dwarven stability, dark escape, dash, shroud of distress, i am unstoppable, shadow sanctuary. Buy keys and choose a place from the chest hunters thread and start running. Its pretty straight forward. Most cost efficient? Probably domain of fear chest running.

When I want to just blow through picks I go outside of Boreal station where the worms are. 95% of the time there is a chest. Either by the worms or somewhat further by the tree dudes.
