pretty useless since +plant, hp enchant mod is perf which is nice but its also q11.

I would just merch, but you could try to get 15k or so for it, but gl

i'm not sure if it's q11, couse i'm not in GW and i don't remeber the right Req, maybe can be q9, or q10... i don't remember
