not a shield expert, but the skin is Nice and the Enchanted mods are great

i saw a Q9 strength with +45 in stance / -2 stance go for over 100ecto
i think that even with the 1hp off, it can get 25ecto~ (could be more, wait for other pc's)

30-35e i say tactics isnt the prefered attrib and the -1 knocks of a considerable amount
