i got a Q9 oldschool divine favor outcast staff, it has 10% HCT of spells inherent. its gold, max dmg etc. ty for any thoughts
yes it has 20% HSR for all spells

outcast staff isnt the best skin but its rare esp q9 with decent inherent
80-100k imo

sold a r9 fire for 70k easy, would not sell divine below 100k, and one of the best skins imo
