Need a PC on a Platinum staff noninsc

hey, like it says i am looking for a pc on my plat staff had it a few years now wondering if it has any value.

i think its pre nerf, that is how the mods are shown on the staff.

20% HRT
20% HCT Healing spells
+5
20% enchat
any ideas how much i could get for this beauty

Its post nerf if the HRT Mod doesnt have any attritube like halves recharge of Illusion spells.

Anyways, its mixed attri, and if its post nerf as i guess its not that rare, but someone seeking one for example hero orso could pay 100kish with time spent on selling
