blue always drops value of shield, command does also..

don't know what those shield exactly go for, but i would aim 40-50k (maybe 60k if lucky)

skull shields like this are the most common (for command) ... I'd say 40-50k if lucky

Agreed, if not 30-35k is a fair price imo.
