Old skin runes

I recently salvaged out an old character and found that his chest piece had a major vigor that is still blue text and the minor rune skin. I was wondering if there are any collectors out there and whether or not it's worth much? Can supply a screenshot if there's any interest.

There are people who collect such things. Price is hard to say as it's really up to how much the collector wants to pay... you're best off selling it on guru so you can get an auction type thing going rather than selling it in game for a set price.
