pc old school dual mods spiked targe

I'm clearing my storage today, and found this shield, don't know if it worth keeping:

Spiked Targe ( the large one)

req9 tac, max gold, Armor 16 (old school so its Non-inscribable)

reduce poison duration 20%

Armor +10 vs plants



I know some old school perfect dual modded shields can get you good amount of money, and spiked targe is a nice skin, but those mods seems not very popular and wanted, so I doubted it worth something.
