We will take those who sign up in the order in which they post, and if you do not post, and simply contact us in game only, we will direct you to post here. Simply put, no post, no go. When you post, put your timezone, your In Game Name, and any character(s) you would like to bring. For the time being, we will only take you through once, but if you have multiple characters, we can help to synergize the professions that people want to bring on a particular run. If you wish to bring a second character, you will have to sign up again and you will go to the bottom of the list. Sorry, but we cannot hold a spot because some may only have one character
.Here are somethings to remember:
1) Follow our instructions, not those of someone else. We are leading and if anyone tries to lead over us we will immediately leave and the person/people who tried to lead over us will be taken off of the sign up list. This has yet to happen, but should it, those that followed our instructions we understand that it is not fair, and you will come with us on our next run, with no charge for con sets. (will get to that)
2) Those who come with us will be charged 1,000 gold for each con set that is used for the run. Bring with you to the Underworld a minimum or 4,000 gold, though we generally use no more than three, bringing extra is usually recommended in case we have any hiccups, which CAN, but do not always, occur.
3) Be sure that when we announce a run, and you are able to go on that run, YOU CONTACT US saying you can go. We will not hold your hand through this, if you post here, then be sure to check back with this thread frequently so you can see when a scheduled run is set. Also note that each run is approximately 2.5-3 hours, worst case scenario it will be closer to 3, so if you can go on a run, be sure you have the time spared so that you are able to stay through its entirety. (NOTE: Emergencies happen, we understand that, if you have one during a run, feel free to leave, your spot will still be there on the next run)
4) If you are European, note that we are American, and our runs will be scheduled where it is convenient for us. Unless it is on a weekend, of course. But the majority of our runs will be evenings in American timezones, but we WILL do our best to accommodate everyone. If we have many Europeans signed up close together, we will probably set a specific run for you all on a weekend mid-morning or early afternoon.
That's basically it, remember that when we schedule a run, YOU are to contact US saying that you are able to go. Do not post here saying you can go, instead contact us in game.
One final comment, after 5 or 6 people sign up for the thread, myself or my partner will post saying we are no longer taking any more sign-ups. That will be only temporary, so when she or myself posts saying that, DO NOT SIGN UP, until after ANOTHER post saying we are opening up for sign-ups. If you do post wanting to sign up in between those posts, we will not take you at all, unless you delete your post, and resign up.
