Okay so i was playing Guild wars earlier this Morning and everything was running smoothly, No lag or anything.
Few hours later I've come back on and when i move around my character kind of Jolts, it like It skips a few FPS But when i hover my mouse over the little Idicatior showing the FPS+Ping.
My Fps is at 90 and Ping is between 50-100 Yet my character still Jolts.
When i mean Jolt it kind like if you swing your arms it stops halfway then continues just shortly after and such or when you rotate the camera it stops, continues, stops, continues ect.
Any idea what this may be or could it be my computer?

Sounds like it is your computer. If it was the server then it would run smoothly but your character would jump around. Some things that could cause it:
Your computer is getting hotter. Since you came back after a few hours, I thought you maybe left your computer on. Also is it a laptop?
Perhaps your computer is doing other things at the same time that it wasn't doing before. A virus scan or something like that?
What area were you in both times? Kamadan will slow it down a lot, but being in an empty district or explorable area should make it a bit smoother.

Well What i meant by playing this Morning is that i was on for a Hour or so and then turned off my computer and Nobody has been on it since Now. It's a laptop and never had any problems with it before, Its a new laptop say 2 months old? I've also got that Fan thing that you place underneath the laptop to keep it cool.
I checked task Manager to see what is currently running but there isn't much running, if so i closed what i wasn't going to use.
That last place i was at is Henge of Denravi in the European district which is practicly empty anyway.

Sometimes happens to me when i minimise the game window and then maximise it back.

Since it is a laptop, check how much battery you have. My laptop runs worse if it is lower on battery, and runs best when it is plugged into the power and has full battery.

That's the thing it's being charged when i play guild wars cause it helps alot, I have nothing running in the background. There appears to be only my laptop connected to the Internet at the moment.
I've tried reseting my router and creating a Static IP or IP(whatever its an IP)
I Even did a System check and everything seems to be working normally?
Any ideaa? :\

Id say its lag - i got hit badly over last few days with getting into kamadan , other outposts in nf are fine - i even went to international kamadan and was fine :S .Infact earlier just in gh the lag was showing with movement and chat but my ping only changed when i was able to move for a sec.
There has been reports on guru last day or so about sporodic lag and disconections.

Yea but how Do you lag with Such high FPS and a Low Ping?
I can play fine Just the camera rotation and the twitchy jolts is an Offput, I want the Smooth camera and normal looking movement back

Guild Wars is hella picky on GFX cards that get hot, its been that way since day 1,
When it starts doing it, minimize the game for a few seconds then maximize it again, if it continues to do it, try it again, it will fix itself, mine does it randomly too,
I think its caused more by background problems, mine only seems to kick up when my system is running the anti virus in the back ground.
