been awhile for me on celestial staves so not too sure, but get a few good price checks on it before selling, should get a good bit of ecto - I'd guess at least in the 100e range but don't take any PM offers till you get a good idea of value

stormbow 10k max, 20/20 fire staff will for sure go in High end (don't know about 100ecto though)

considering there is a r10 20/20 fire celestial staff in high end with a c/o of 130e, I think I was way more in line, and obviously it should be well over the 250e+ range

That was a conservative guess as I have not seen too many sell in awhile, but I know a little bit about trading.

SotW-s are both merch fodder.

Storm Bow should get you some 20-30k imho, since a q9 one nets ~50k.

The vs Demons shield is nice and those are always sought-after, but it's only 9ar and the second mod totally sucks. Still, I see it getting some 10-20k, possibly a tad more. Might be a while, though.

On the staff... Stuey gave you the best piece of advice one can get in such situations. Awesome staff you got there and in one of the most sought-after attributes. If you are anxious to sell it, post it on a High-End Sell thread with a s/b of 5e, add that you will disregard overbids of less than 5e, and see where it goes.

i'd say 250-400e for the celestial
