Req 13 will kill the value of anything that's not an incredibly rare skin. Inherent mods like +15%/-10 and +20%v50 make them even worse... so merch the axe and hammer.
As far as the sword goes, 14^50 is non-max (as you probably know), but you should be able to get a fairly decent chunk of money for it. I don't really have much knowledge on the subject and can't give you specifics but I'd say somewhere from 12k to 30k.
